Skills shortage as a challenge for reconstruction

The war and the associated migration have led to a significant shortage of skilled labour, particularly in key industries. Without targeted countermeasures, this shortage could significantly delay economic reconstruction.

KPMG is actively involved in the qualification of Ukrainian academics.  Through hybrid programmes and workshops such as the Business Skill Camp and various upskilling programmes, we prepare specialists specifically for international standards.

Further training for key professions in reconstruction

The targeted further training of specialists is crucial for the economic reconstruction of Ukraine. Lawyers, auditors and business consultants in particular need to be prepared for European and international standards in order to contribute as key players to the stabilisation and recovery of the country.
