Wenqian (Lisa) Xu has more than 12 years of professional experience (4 years in Hong Kong (SAR), China and 8 years in Germany) with a focus on providing US tax advice to non-US owned real estate and private equity funds on an efficient tax structure for investments in the US. She further specialises in providing tax advice to various financial institutions on US tax issues with withholding tax implications.

Since 2013, she has also been part of the US Tax Team and the FATCA/QI/CRS Team of KPMG Germany. She advises numerous nationally and internationally active clients on these topics, such as banks, financial service providers, insurance companies, corporates/non-financials and clients from the asset management sector.
