Constantin has extensive experience in supply chain spanning operations. He has been global operational excellence head in food supplier industry for more than eight years where he has been responsible for setting up a cost cutting programs, as well as a production system across production plants, implement Continuous Improvement, leading the lean organization and delivering various operational improvement projects. His experience further include operations strategy, lean manufacturing, production systems (Toyota Production System), Continuous Improvement, industry 4.0, maintenance design and smart sourcing.
