Alexander has been with KPMG since 2007 and specializes in providing ongoing tax advice to PE portfolio companies and medium-sized companies.
In particular, he deals with tax declarations, tax audits, tax reviews, restructurings and post-deal issues.
In addition, he has many years of experience in providing tax advice on M&A transactions (in particular tax due diligence, tax structuring of acquisitions, SPA assistance).
