Transformation and reacting quickly to change is becoming increasingly important and often goes hand in hand with organisational change and agile innovation projects. This applies not only to IT, but also to all other areas of a company. I am convinced that you have to combine expertise, innovation and technology, because only this triad makes the difference.

My career began in 2005 in consulting, where I looked after a wide range of customers in various sectors. At the beginning of my career at KPMG, I focussed in particular on internal control and information security systems.

In 2012, I moved to the Financial Services division and became a partner there in 2014. In particular, I managed large IT transformation projects there, which were characterised by stricter compliance requirements.

In 2020, I took over the management of the Technology Consulting division, which covers the IT spectrum around cloud, IT compliance, IT security, SAP/finance consulting, business process management, data management and change management.  

From 2022, I was responsible for the Southwest region for KPMG as Regional Head. The region is strongly characterised by family businesses and SMEs, but also includes well-known DAX companies. My role was to provide holistic market development and support for our clients across all services.

Since 01 October 2024, I have been responsible for our consulting division as Divisional Head.
