In my activities as Partner, my focus was on advising large listed and private equity companies on conducting M&A transactions and on complex spin-offs.
As Chief Performance Officer, I was also responsible for operating processes and performance management in Deal Advisory from 2014 and in Consulting from October 2015. I have been applying this experience in the Managing Board of KPMG as COO since October 2017.
