Kristin Reichert-Nies

Kristin Reichert-Nies has been working in the real estate industry for more than 18 years. Since joining KPMG in 2006, she has advised several major international clients on diverse real estate focused topics and managed several large scale international real estate advisory projects with intercultural project teams. Her core competency lies in strategic consultancy and real estate portfolio transactions, with the drive to find innovative and efficient solutions that solve her clients problems. In this context, Kristin Reichert-Nies develops real estate business intelligence solutions to enable her clients to analyze and manage real estate portfolios and funds, to make the right strategic decisions and to manage risks effectively based on transparent data. Since 2003, Kristin Reichert-Nies has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) where she is also actively involved in the examinations committee.
