Andreas Reimann has been working in consulting for 20 years and, as a partner at KPMG, is responsible for the Finance Processes & Organisation division.

Together with our clients, we analyse, define and evaluate strategic approaches for optimising the finance area. We advise companies on the design of the optimal organisation and operation of the finance area. We accompany and coordinate the implementation of new concepts in the finance area - whether in-house, as a shared service or outsourcing model.
