Ralf Pfennig

I am a capital markets expert specialising in supporting companies in the preparation and implementation of capital market transactions such as IPOs, carve-out projects or bond issues. Such transactions have far-reaching effects on the financial organisation of companies and must therefore be prepared and followed up in detail. For that I can draw on many years of practical experience as well as an interdisciplinary and experienced team. Of course, I use my experience for other project situations as well. For example concerning technical questions, when it comes to necessary adjustments of structures within the finance organisation (e.g. IFRS conversion projects, projects to accelerate closing processes, integration of companies in the context of M&A processes, etc.). I am a member of the Leadership Team of the Capital Markets Advisory Group and, as the frontrunner of the group, closely interlinked with other KPMG capital markets experts. As an integrated team, we offer hands-on capital markets advisory services from a single source.

• Short-term preparation of necessary financial information (e.g. carve-out financial information, pro forma financial information, etc.) for the purposes of an offering prospectus
