As Head of FS Deal Advisory at KPMG in Germany, I support clients in national and international transaction and transformation projects in the financial services industry. I am particularly enthusiastic about supporting a deal from strategic planning to operational execution, regardless of whether I have to take the buyer's or the seller's point of view. I support my clients as a leading advisor in an accelerating concentration process in the banking sector throughout Germany and Europe. In this increasingly complex environment caused by regulatory changes, economic policy decisions or the market entry of new competitors, I see it as my highest aspiration to develop the best possible solutions and decision-making processes for my clients that lead to the full exploitation of their value potential.
