Dr. Frank Pfaffenzeller

Frank was appointed Global Head of Insurance at KPMG on 1 August 2023. Having previously served as KPMG's Global Head of Insurance Audit, he leads KPMG's relationships with some of the largest insurance companies around the world, both audit and non-audit clients, helping them address complex challenges and implement comprehensive change. Frank has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the industry, having spent time in New York, Shanghai and Germany providing audit, regulatory, advisory and strategy services. His experience and deep industry knowledge, combined with a global mindset and network of insurance professionals, bring the full strength of KPMG's insurance practice to our clients.
