Dr. Tobias Naujoks

Tobias is a partner at KPMG Germany and specialises in corporate transformations in the context of M&A transactions, restructurings and the implementation of growth strategies. He advises German and international companies on the identification and carve-out of non-core business units, supports global joint venture and integration programmes, and helps companies and private equity investors to analyse and realise value enhancement potential.  

In addition to his many years of experience as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and KPMG, Tobias also brings twelve years of industry experience from various management positions in sales and operations at Siemens and Nokia. His consulting focus is primarily on companies in the industrial manufacturing sector.
