Dr David Nicolaus is a Senior Manager in the Risk & Treasury Team and a member of the KPMG ECB Office in Frankfurt am Main.

Dr. David Nicolaus' advisory focus is on the capital framework for banks (Pillar 1 and 2), specialising in credit risk and overall bank management. Another focus is advising major institutions on current ECB supervisory requirements and their valuation and audit practices.

For more than ten years, David Nicolaus has been responsible for strategic and conceptual projects in these areas as well as projects for the implementation of regulatory requirements including ongoing process and model adjustments.
