As a US citizen, I have worked for KPMG in various countries for the past 30 years, 20 of which I have spent in Germany. I have been responsible for auditing single-entity and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB, IFRS, and US GAAP at global companies and in the German subsidiaries of US firms for many years. My strengths include extensive experience with transactions and deals, particularly support for IPOs and rights issues and the placement of corporate bonds, both in Europe and the USA. I have in-depth knowledge of the automotive and technology sectors.
As Head of Country Practice USA at KPMG Germany, I want to ensure that our clients receive the best advice and excellent services from all divisions of KPMG, whether it be through the involvement of our KPMG specialists who have a profound understanding of the specific situation and challenges of the market or through the use of suitable services from the KPMG world that reflect the individual needs of my clients.
