The high dynamics in the legal framework and the increasing competition in the field of statutory health insurance are constantly presenting new challenges to social insurance providers. Through my many years of experience in a wide variety of social insurance consulting projects, I know the essential issues and work with you to develop individual and custom-fit answers. The current challenges of social insurance require clever strategies - but how are they implemented? Defining a feasible interface between the strategy and its implementation and ensuring its success is one of my main tasks. The requirement to constantly realign the structural and procedural organisation is a challenge for large-scale projects. In addition, I advise you on the increasingly important topics of digitalisation (health telematics and IT and process optimisation) as well as programme and project management. Methodical knowledge combined with pragmatic ideas is the focus of my consulting projects. What counts is success.
