Oliver Mattern joined KPMG in 2014 in the Berlin office.
As a partner in the International Tax department, he focuses on international restructurings of German groups, tax advice on corporate financing as well as holding and licensing structures, ongoing advice to German corporate groups on issues of international tax law, the tax structuring of acquisitions and the integration of corporate groups following an acquisition.
In his function as Tax Lead Partner, he advises various internationally operating companies.
