I have many years of experience in auditing consolidated and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB for listed and other corporations. I have built up in-depth IFRS expertise ranging from the first-time application of new standards to accounting for mergers and acquisitions. This also includes expertise in post-deal integration and capital market transactions. As part of our policy department, the Department of Professional Practice, I combine accounting expertise and specific industry knowledge.
