Andrés Mendez Inclan

Andres Mendez Inclan has been Senior Manager at Financial Services Management Consulting since October 2018. At KPMG, Andres is responsible for the areas of operational excellence (optimisation of process and organisational structures) and transformation at banks. He is also an expert in the digitalisation of corresponding processes on the basis of integrated workflow tools, among other things, especially in the loan origination area. He brings his interdisciplinary industry and professional experience to bear for our clients. This enables him to offer a holistic advisory approach. In addition to many years of relevant consulting experience, Andrés can draw on activities in politics and at a major global infrastructure and logistics group, where he most recently held the position of department head with responsibility for the management and results of three departments in the areas of strategy/digitisation, processes and regulatory affairs.
