Andres Mendez Inclan has been a Senior Manager at Financial Services Management Consulting since October 2018. At KPMG, Andres is responsible for the areas of operational excellence (optimisation of process and organisational structures) and transformation at banks. He is also an expert in the digitalisation of relevant processes based on integrated workflow tools, particularly in the area of loan origination. He contributes his interdisciplinary industry and specialist experience to our clients. This enables him to offer a holistic consulting approach. In addition to many years of relevant consulting experience, Andrés can draw on his work in politics and at a major global infrastructure and logistics group, where he was most recently responsible for the management and results of three departments in the areas of strategy/digitalisation, processes and regulatory affairs.
