My passion for the capital market is always the driving force for me to achieve my goal: Ensuring the success of my clients. After a multitude of capital market transactions of our clients, which I have successfully accompanied and co-responsible for nationally and internationally over the past years, I can state: Every capital market transaction and every IPO is unique. Not least because of this, I believe it is crucial to review conventions and always look for disruptive ways of thinking for sustainable solutions. The changes in the capital markets also require innovative approaches. After all, new forms of corporate financing (e.g. ICO), the digitalisation of processes in the context of capital market transactions and the increase in regulatory requirements such as the new European Prospectus Regulation pose a growing challenge. My mandates include IPOs of industrial companies, start-ups and banks, capital increases as well as bond issues for a variety of companies in Europe, the USA and China.
