I have been a member of the Managing Board at KPMG in Germany since October 2021 and am responsible for the Advisory service line.
My more than 25 years of experience includes both auditing annual financial statements and providing extensive, comprehensive transaction advice for disposals.
I advise major groups on capital market transactions and on their reorganisation as well as executive and supervisory board members of listed companies on corporate governance issues. I have been working for more than five years as an honorary commercial judge at the Frankfurt am Main District Court.
Since joining the firm in 2001, I also worked two years at KPMG in London and successfully completed the KPMG Executive Programme at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). I was Head of Transaction Services at the Frankfurt office until the end of 2011, after which I was appointed Regional Chairman Central Germany.
