My focus is on the analysis, optimisation and documentation of domestic and cross-border service relationships for companies, especially in the financial services sector (banking, payment services, asset finance, asset management, real estate, insurance) in the light of national and European VAT law and on structuring / defence advice on the optimisation / outsourcing of corporate functions (especially outsourcing) and processes (tax governance, process design & review).
