Franz Andreas Höfter

Since 2013, as Head of the Audit Private Equity Group Audit Germany, I have been responsible for all activities within the KPMG Private Equity Group and the audit of private equity portfolio companies of all major national and international private equity companies. My career began in 2000 in the Munich office, where I initially looked after clients from the MDAX and DAX40, and later mainly family-owned companies. From 2011 to 2013, I took over responsibility as Chief Operating Officer Markets in the CMO department in Berlin. Since 2014, my focus has mainly been on private equity portfolio companies in various sectors, such as mechanical and plant engineering, medical orthopaedics, chemicals and the precious metals industry.
