Stefan Günther is an expert to guide companies through complex transformation projects. His focus is on operational carve-out and integration projects as well as setting up new financial institutions by managing and coordinating the multitude of topics across functions from end-to-end. In all his projects he accompanies our clients from the definition of the strategy and the business model, in regulatory application processes as well as the development and implementation of the target operating model.

Stefan has many years of industry expertise for international banks, industrial companies, fintechs and (automotive) captives. He is member of KPMG’s EMA Automotive Core Group covering financial services.
