Coordination of KPMG services for the implementation, optimization, digitalization and auditing of internal control systems (ICS). Subject areas: ICS implementation, incl. US/J-/C-SOX, ICS benchmarking, advice on digital ICS transformation, incl. RPA, process mining, CCM and GRC software. Audit of governance systems in accordance with IDW standards. I am always particularly interested in the people involved and the corporate culture, because the ICS must be lived.
