I accompany them comprehensively and pragmatically, often within the framework of large digital transformation programmes.

Together with the company management and specialist departments, I develop performance indicator systems and at the same time ensure on the IT side that the information requirements in planning and reporting processes are technically feasible. Especially due to increasing sustainability requirements, control mechanisms and systems have to be questioned, adapted and often completely rethought. I drive this forward with great commitment!
