With a sophisticated, holistic performance improvement approach, I systematically achieve measurable increases in profitability and enterprise value for my clients. In doing so, I identify, assess, and realize a wide range of value creation levers – whether through revenue growth, cost optimization, or quality enhancement.
I develop market entry and growth strategies based on both organic and inorganic development opportunities. In the context of M&A strategy, I support initiatives along the entire deal cycle, including buy-and-build strategies, target search projects, as well as commercial and value creation due diligences. Another focus of my work is on value enhancement in M&A transformations, such as carve-outs, joint ventures, and post-merger integrations.
