In over 15 years of consulting experience, I have developed a comprehensive performance improvement approach that systematically realizes sustainable increases in profitability and enterprise value. This involves identifying, evaluating and implementing multi-layered measures to grow sales, reduce costs and improve quality.
As part of strategic business development, I support growth initiatives based on organic and inorganic development potential. In the field of M&A strategy, this includes buy-and-build strategies, target search projects as well as commercial and value creation due diligences. I also focus on value creation in M&A transformations such as carve-outs, joint ventures and post-merger integrations.
