Tim Berger advises private equity funds and international corporations on performance improvement and value creation measures, including increasing sales, reducing costs, improving processes and optimising networking capital. Among other things, he has set up numerous sales models and target operating models and reorganised corporate functions. He and his team also advise buy-side and sell-side clients throughout the M&A life cycle, including target search, commercial due diligence, operational due diligence and exit planning. Together they design M&A transformations in the context of post-merger integration programmes, buy-and-build strategies and carve-out projects.
