With over 20 years of experience in consulting for the automotive industry, I cover a wide range of specialist areas. In addition to transformation projects in digital (after) sales, my focus is on sustainably improving performance through standardised claim management.

I am also responsible for the expansion of Construction Advisory, with which we help our customers to manage their complex construction projects on time and on budget. The focus here is on standardised cost, project, risk and maturity management.
