      Wenqian (Lisa) Xu has more than twelve years of professional experience (including four years in Hong Kong (SAR), China and eight years in Germany) with a focus on providing US tax advice to non-US owned real estate and private equity funds on efficient tax structures for investments in the US. She also specializes in providing tax advice to various financial institutions on US tax issues related to withholding tax.

      Since 2013, she has also been part of the US tax team and the FATCA/QI/CRS team at KPMG Germany. She advises numerous national and international clients such as banks, financial service providers, insurance companies, corporates/non-financials and clients from the asset management sector on these topics.
