Constantin has extensive experience in cross-supply chain projects. As Global Head of Operational Excellence for a food supplier for more than eight years, he was responsible for cost reduction and restructuring programs, operational strategy, the introduction of a group-wide production system, the implementation of a continuous improvement program, the management of the lean organization and the results of various other optimization programs. His experience also includes Industry 4.0, maintenance redesign and "smart" procurement strategies.
