As an auditor of publicly traded companies, I know what it means to be listed on the stock exchange. I combine this experience with in-depth knowledge of financial information in securities prospectuses, in particular profit forecasts, and with expert knowledge of IFRS accounting. Due to my experience as an auditor and consultant, I see challenges from different perspectives and therefore stand for holistic solutions as a capital market expert.
