Christian Stapel supports companies throughout the entire transformation cycle - from strategic orientation and portfolio development to design and implementation and sustainable anchoring in governance, processes and organisation. He has a particular focus on intelligent enterprise transformation, agentic AI architectures, managed services and the integration of technology platforms such as Microsoft and ServiceNow.
