As a partner, Anke is responsible for financial due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients in connection with domestic and international transactions. She has been working in the Transaction Services division since 2007 and supports clients on both the buy-side and sell-side, including in complex carve-outs, with a focus on targets in the software sector.
