As a chartered accountant, I lead complex audits of listed and internationally active groups. In doing so, I support companies listed on the leading German share indices and act as the key point of contact for management, the supervisory board and the audit committee. In addition to traditional group financial statement audits, I also advise companies on complex accounting issues, corporate transactions, and IPO and capital market matters.
