I am an auditor/tax consultant and, as a director in the Deal Advisory, Valuation division, I am responsible for company valuation projects against the background of transactional and regulatory valuation issues. My focus is on conducting expert company valuations (IDW S 1) as well as foundation and capital increase audits. In addition, I assist companies in the IPO process with the preparation of profit forecasts in accordance with IDW RH HFA 2.003.
