Alexander Oldenburg is a Director in the Deals & Performance Valuation department in Hamburg and an expert in the integrated consulting and valuation of property companies. He advises national and international portfolio holders, investors and project developers from the real estate industry as well as companies from the hotel, logistics, data centre, defence, infrastructure and retail sectors.
His work combines real estate, company valuation and accounting and provides decision-making support for companies on complex, strategic issues using AI-supported valuation approaches. He also supports German companies in their international activities, is involved in KPMG's Asian country corridors and is a board member of the East Asian Association (OAV), among others.
