Martin Knocinski has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial sector. His work focuses on the design, assessment and further development of governance, risk and compliance structures across the value chain of banks, investment firms and asset managers.
In doing so, he combines regulatory expertise with a thorough understanding of investment processes and their operational implementation. He has extensive experience in analysing existing organisational and control structures, designing future-proof target operating models and the practical implementation of regulatory requirements.
Before joining KPMG, Martin worked for leading asset managers and banks, where he was responsible for designing efficient organisational and operational structures in line with the regulatory requirements for banks and asset managers.
