Since joining KPMG in 2011 as a consultant, I have been working on large transformation projects in finance and accounting at the interface with IT. The clients are located in the public sector, ranging from municipalities and federal states to a pronounced focus on the church sector, which has developed in recent years. I am passionate about accounting figures and processes.
The range of projects is broad and includes
changing the accounting style,
reorganising the structure and processes of the finance department,
introducing new management tools (e.g. impact-oriented management) and a suitable reporting system.
the introduction of new management tools (e.g. impact-oriented management) and a suitable reporting system,
the digitalisation of individual processes or the entire finance department (e.g. introduction of ERP systems)
Apart from everyday project work, I like to relax with a game of badminton and/or a leisurely jog. To make up for the calories I've lost, I love cooking for myself and my family. At the weekend, I enjoy exploring nature with my children and my wife on walks through the woods and meadows.
