Daniel Glöckner is a Senior Specialist in the AI & Data division at KPMG and an expert in AI performance and governance. His focus is on the practical translation of regulatory, organisational and technical requirements into effective measures – which can be automated as far as possible – throughout the entire AI lifecycle. In this role, he supports companies in developing, operating and managing AI systems – particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI – in a secure, reliable and scalable manner.
As Solution Co-Owner of KPMG AI Performance & Governance, he combines strategy with technological implementation, sustainable operating models, enablement and (change) management. His experience includes, amongst other things, the development and operationalisation of AI management systems (e.g. in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001) – i.e. policies, standards, processes and controls – as well as their automation using appropriate tools and technologies.
In doing so, he combines in-depth knowledge of data and AI with many years of professional and consultancy experience and a strong understanding of the interfaces between management, legal, compliance and IT.
