Since 2012, Tobias Flacke has been advising national and international clients on tax matters related to corporate transactions. His main areas of focus include tax due diligence projects (buy- and sell-side), tax fact book preparation, tax structuring advice, tax SPA and tax insurance support. In addition, he leads multinational M&A tax teams on cross-border transactions.
