I have over 15 years of experience in auditing annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with German GAAP and IFRS.
Since the beginning of my career at KPMG, a particular focus of my work has been on supporting private equity portfolio companies. Over the past few years, I have been the responsible auditor for more than 20 different portfolio companies in a wide range of industries, from software to plant engineering, from 15 different private equity firms - with this experience, I accompany my clients from the acquisition of a private equity investor through the entire holding cycle to the exit.
In addition to auditing and advising private equity portfolio companies, another focus of my work is on family businesses.
