Dr Florian Behling has been supporting companies for over ten years in managing crisis situations and sustainably improving their performance. His work focuses on the design and implementation of operational turnaround and restructuring programmes. He is a member of the global KPMG Turnaround Team and the Family Businesses cluster. He also holds a PhD in leadership during corporate crises, is a visiting lecturer and publishes specialist articles on turnaround and restructuring.
