Adrian Berger is a Senior Manager in Financial Services at KPMG. His work focuses on managing strategic and regulatory transformation programmes, as well as establishing effective governance and PMO structures. In addition to his many years’ experience in asset management, he also advises insurance companies, property firms and other financial services providers on implementing regulatory requirements such as ESG and DORA, as well as on strategic objectives and implementation projects.
