Tobias is responsible for the CoE Organizational Design & Benchmarking and also focuses on corporate transformations in the context of M&A transactions and the implementation of optimization strategies. He advises German and international companies on carve-outs and integrations as well as optimization programs. He also helps companies and private equity investors to analyze and realize value enhancement potential.
