KPMG in Cyprus

George Savva joined KPMG Cyprus in 1998. He is a qualified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Fellow Member of the ICAEW (FCA). He became a Partner in 2008 and he is currently the HR Partner of our Larnaca office. He was for many years member of the Quality Review Team of KPMG Cyprus. He has gained extensive experience in auditing publicly listed groups of companies on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and abroad and regulated entities by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. He has participated in Financial Advisory Services Engagements and other attestation projects in a wide range of industries, with specialisation in Oil and Gas, Financial Services (CIF, EMIs, Microfinance), Information Technology, Retail, and Gaming. During his career with KPMG Cyprus, he participated in multilocation audit projects with the participation of other KPMG Member Firms giving him the opportunity to build close relationships with other KPMG offices abroad.
