Costas A. Kalias

Costas has over 28 years of solid audit experience, 5.5 years of which were gained with a top 5 audit firm in London, where he obtained most of his professional and academic qualifications. He is responsible for a wide range of client portfolio including large retail groups, investment and financing companies, Alternative Investments Funds (AIF), real estate, oil and gas companies, and high-wealth individuals. He is also the partner in charge for many multi-location clients leading their audits through Cyprus. Some of his clients were listed on various stock exchanges such as London, Bermuda, Cyprus, New York and Toronto. He advises clients on various issues regarding setting up holding and financing structures through Cyprus and for the registration of AIFs funds both in Cyprus and abroad. He has also considerable knowledge and experience on international tax structures. He has been involved in the fair value exercise for the loan portfolio of a major Bank in Cyprus as requested by the European Banking Authority. Costas possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines to meet clients’ needs and expectations.
