Our recruitment process

Search & Apply

Once you’ve identified a role that you’re interested in, click apply to upload your CV and complete a short declaration form. You’ll get an email letting you know if we’ve received your application.

Reviewing your application

Our Talent Acquisition team will review your skills and experience against the key competencies and capabilities for the role. We might call you to find out more about your skills and experience. We will let you know the outcome of your application as soon as we can.

Interviewing

If your skills and experience align to the role, we’ll invite you for an in person or virtual interview. We will ask you questions that relate to the skills and competencies for the role you’ve applied for. Make sure you prepare questions for our interviewers so we can share more about the opportunity and why we enjoy working at KPMG.

Assessment

You might be asked to complete an assessment or case study to imitate what type of work you would be expected to do at KPMG. Some of our business units might choose to undertake additional interviews with other team members in lieu of assessments.

Job Offer

If you are successful at the end of the recruitment process, we’ll call you to talk through a formal job offer! Our offers are subject to reference and background checks so we will talk you through this at this time and answer any other questions you might have. We’ll work with you to agree a mutually beneficial start date and explain more about our onboarding process.
