James Kelly

He has extensive experience in M&A transactions across various industries, complex re-organisations, international tax planning and advising expanding Irish groups. He has regularly led multi-country teams in delivering tax advice to his clients on large scale projects. James has particular experience in advising companies in the aviation financing, leasing, renewable energy, industrial and banking sectors.
