Caitlin is a partner in the Planning & Infrastructure Economics team within KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places division.
For more than 20 years, Caitlin has worked with public sector departments and agencies on a range of complex issues and initiatives. She focuses on helping public sector entities to navigate complex and strategic policy issues, undertake robust investment decision-making and economic appraisal, foster genuine collaboration with partners, and plan for great cities, places and regions.
Combining formal qualifications in economics with a deep understanding of government processes and systems, Caitlin works shoulder-to-shoulder with public sector clients to drive outcomes across complex investment programs and projects. She has played a critical role across many urban development and infrastructure projects in Victoria – ranging from strategic planning for social infrastructure and open space, development of business cases for Victoria's key transport and business precincts, through to TAFE campus network and hospital precinct planning.
Prior to joining KPMG, Caitlin held a number of senior roles across state government.
