As a director in the Project & Program Delivery team in KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places division, Pedram leads and inspires teams, setting a benchmark for delivery of Integrated Project Controls (Scope, Time, Cost, Risk) and Project Risk Management to provide clients with transparent and practical risk engineering solutions.

Pedram helps public and private organisations develop and deliver major projects and programs successfully. He is highly skilled in Project Planning & Scheduling, Integrated Project Controls, Monte Carlo Simulation, Quantitative Schedule/Cost Risk Analysis, Earned Value (EV), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

With a successful record of executive positions with high profile organisations and as an industry innovation award winner, Pedram has advised high level government agencies, law firms and top contractors while working on a wide range of projects across Energy Natural Resources, Renewable, Generation, Transmission Line, Transport, Telecommunications, Coal, and Oil & Gas.

He is also a lecturer and tutor on risk management (postgraduate level) at UTS, UNSW and Western Sydney University.
