      Background information

      Brendan Richards and James Stewart were appointed Voluntary Administrators of the Soar Aviation Group on 29 December 2020, and subsequently as liquidators on 11 February 2021, and subsequently as liquidators on 11 February 2021.

      Brendan Richards resigned as liquidator on 8 June 2023.

      On 23 June 2025 at a meeting for creditors it was resolved that James Stewart would retire as liquidator of Soar Aviation Aircraft Holdings and Gobel Aviation. Emily Seeckts and Ian Sutherland were appointed as Joint and Several Liquidators on the same day.
